📦 Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery within Punjab cities usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery to other provinces of Pakistan may take 5–7 working days or longer depending on the location.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the delivery status of your parcel.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, road blockages, or courier service delays. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Order Confirmation

Some orders may require confirmation via phone call or message before shipping. Orders that are not confirmed may be delayed or canceled.
